Basic Principles
The Cycles of Goodness
Our founder, Tadao Yoshida, defined the Company mission based on his unique
philosophy, which is called the “Cycle of Goodness”. Simply stated, it means
that no one prospers unless he renders benefit to others.
Growing on this humble philosophy, YKK has achieved tremendous growth ang
operates in 5 continents of the world. Having a worldwide network is remarkable
achievement, however we continuously strive to get further recognition as a
“Global Company” capable of making a genuine contribution to society.
The 7 Management Principles of YKK
YKK always works upon the YKK Management Foundation that harmonizes community
interest and company activities. Community consists of customers, employees and
communities in the immediate surroundings of YKK factories. Company activities
comprise the manufactured products, the implemented technology and proper
management. With the harmonized relationship between community and company
activity come fairness and reciprocity.
